Atlanta Affordable Housing Network Partner Spotlight: ProActive Management Consulting (PMC)

At 3Keys, stable housing is one part of supporting long-term well-being. Access to consistent, on-site services plays a critical role in helping residents maintain stability. Our partnership with ProActive Management Consulting (PMC) helps make that possible at three of our Atlanta properties.

PMC’s Adult Program focuses on accountability and client-centered care, with services designed to support mental health, daily functioning, and independence. Their team provides a mix of group programming, case management, and clinical services, working directly with residents in the environments where they live. They also take residents out to lunch and on other recreational field trips from time-to-time.

At Presley Woods, PMC delivers onsite mental health services to 20 residents connected to the Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC), as well as individuals in supportive permanent housing units. They facilitate regular group sessions and provide individualized support based on resident needs.

PMC also works with residents from Phoenix House, offering access to services at their facility, including group sessions and case management. In addition, they have begun working with residents at Welcome House, expanding access to care across more 3Keys communities.

Their approach emphasizes consistency and accessibility—helping reduce barriers to care by bringing services directly to residents. This model supports ongoing engagement and helps residents build skills that contribute to greater stability over time.

As Marcellique Hardin, Adult Program Director at PMC, shares:

“PMC is sincerely thankful for the opportunity to work alongside 3Keys. We value the collaborative partnership, shared mission, and mutual commitment to client stability, safety, and long-term success. Our continued work together has strengthened service delivery and enhanced outcomes for the individuals we jointly serve.”

Through partnerships like this, 3Keys continues to connect residents with the services they need to maintain housing and work toward their goals.
