Kaiser Permanente Delivers Medical Services to 3Keys Residents with Mobile Health Van

At The 3Keys, we are committed to ensuring our residents have access to essential healthcare services as part of our permanent supportive housing model. That’s why we were thrilled to welcome Kaiser Permanente’s Mobile Health Van to our properties once again!

Each year, Kaiser Permanente brings its mobile health van to our apartments, making it easier for residents to receive vital health screenings, vaccinations, and referrals for additional health and food resources. This initiative is more than just a check-up—it’s about breaking down barriers to healthcare access.

On June 27, 2025, the mobile health van served 25 residents at Rosalynn and Presley Apartments. Services included blood pressure checks, glucose screenings, and cholesterol checks. Additional dates are planned this summer for our other properties. 

For many, transportation and scheduling conflicts can make it difficult to visit a doctor’s office. By bringing healthcare directly to our residents, we empower them to take proactive steps toward maintaining their health and wellness in a convenient, supportive environment.
