The 3Keys Welcomes New Board Chair and Board Member

On August 21, 2025, Bona Allen assumed the role of Chair for The 3Keys’ Board of Directors. Bona joined the board in 2021, bringing his experience in finance and operations. Bona takes the reins from David Lambrecht, who served as the Chair for the past 14 years. David will continue to serve on the board, lending his background in commercial real estate and business law.

The 3Keys also welcomes new board member Yasmine Antoine. She was unanimously appointed to the board on October 14, 2025. Yasmine brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of affordable housing and legal areas. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at H. J. Russell & Company, where she has worked for eleven years.

About Bona Allen:

Bona Allen, CPA, is retired from his position as the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Kajima Building & Design Group, a subsidiary of the US operations of Kajima Corp., one of the largest architectural, engineering, construction, and real estate companies, globally.

He is a seasoned executive, providing financial and operational leadership at the highest levels. Over his 40+ year career, Allen has served as the CFO for publicly traded and privately held companies primarily focused on real estate development, construction, operations and investment. Property types include hotels/hospitality, industrial, office, master planned/mixed use developments, student housing, market rate and affordable housing. He has worked for Kajima Building & Design Group since 2013.

He has earned the Directorship Certification, awarded by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

Allen is also active in the community, serving on multiple industry, non-profit, municipal, and association Boards. He is passionate about solving the housing and homelessness crisis and is honored to serve on the 3 Keys Board of Directors.

About David Lambrecht:

David Lambrecht is a retired attorney who practiced in the areas of commercial real estate and business law in Atlanta for over 40 years. He was also a Georgia certified mediator and was active in court-ordered mediation and arbitration matters in the Metro Atlanta area.

He received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J. D. degree with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Law Review.

He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar.

He was a founder and longtime member of the Board of Directors of the Highlands, NC Center for Counseling and Psychological Services.

Mr. Lambrecht served in the U.S. Naval Reserve on active duty from 1968 to 1971 and completed service with the rank of Lieutenant.

About Yasmine Antoine:

Yasmine S. Antoine, Esq. is Of Counsel with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, PC as a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Group. Her practice is focused on commercial real estate development, construction, regulatory compliance, and family-owned businesses. 

Through a practical, business-minded approach developed from years of serving as general counsel and an operations executive for a privately held construction and real estate development firm, Ms. Antoine offers clients strategic and creative counsel across a wide array of business matters, including all phases of the real estate lifecycle, multifamily and mixed-use development transactions, construction management (Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager at Risk), and contractual and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Antoine has successfully handled numerous high-stakes and multifaceted legal matters, delivering outcomes that generated cost savings of several million dollars. She is a trusted advisor to her clients and approaches her work as a business partner, focusing on solutions that help preserve profitability and advance strategic objectives.

Ms. Antoine earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as executive editor of theJournal of Intellectual Property. She is a member of the American Bar Association and numerous professional and civic organizations, including the Association of Corporate Counsel, Minority Corporate Counsel Association, Urban Land Institute, Associated General Contractors of Georgia, Atlanta Business League, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, and the Commercial Real Estate Women Network. She also currently serves as board chair of the Georgia Budget & Policy Institute. Ms. Antoine was recognized among the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Women Who Mean Business in 2020 and as a Corporate Counsel Diversity Champion in 2021.
